Credit Request Process
Submit a Request: Contact our customer support team via our billing support with your order number and reason for the credit request. Immediate Approval: All credit requests will be approved immediately upon receipt.
Refund Request Process
Submit a Request: Contact our customer support team at billing support with your username and / or your transaction ID found in your account statement order number and reason for the refund request. Refunds will be issued within 48 hours of the request and credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.
